Half-Moon Table
半月桌
The sidetables in this series combine three distinctive materials, wood, metal, and marble. Each sidetable can be used individually or paired together, suitable for different spaces and usages.
The composition of the design is achieved by using the most elemental geometric shapes, circle, square, and semicircle, which can also be interpreted by the saying, "Heaven is round, Earth is flat, above the horizon hangs the half-moon". There is a certain sense of beauty and poetic quality to the geometry.
此系列边桌将木头、金属与大理石三种截然不同的材料结合起来，每件边桌可以单独使用，也可相互搭配使用，适用于不同的空间与使用需求。
用最简单的几何元素：圆形、方形与半圆形构成了系列边桌，亦可将形态解 读为：天圆地方，半月当中。尝试表达在几何线条下诗意的美感。
